It’s great to see ecosystem services reaching the mainstream press. The Conservancy has been working on this for quite awhile, mostly through the National Capital Project, a 10-year partnership among The Nature Conservancy, WWF, and Stanford University that helps governments and businesses incorporate ecosystem services into their decision making.
